Ingredients

    500 gram(s) Fatti's & Moni's Wholewheat Macaroni (dry)
    400 gram(s) Serena Chopped Tomatoes in Tomato Juice
    238 gram(s) No Name Light Meat Shredded Tuna in Salt Water
    2 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g
    250 gram(s) Creamed Cottage cheese - Lancewood (by JOOMLAGIRL)

Tips

Add grated cheddar cheese to cottage cheese topping for a richer dish.


Directions

Cook pasta according to directions on packet & drain once done.
Drain 2 cans of tuna in water, stir into 2 cans of chopped tomatoes.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano and a garlic flakes according to taste.
Mix pasta with tomato sauce, and put in oven dish.
Beat 2 eggs, add cottage cheese, then beat till smooth.
Pour the cheese mixture over the pasta, smooth, the put in preheated 180 degree (350 F) oven.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, till cheese mixture set.
