Ingredients

    8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1 serving great value greek nonfat yogurt (plain) - 1 c.
    26 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g
    1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1 cup slices Peaches, fresh
    1 serving Metamucil Fiber Orange Powder (by ACTHAD)
    3 oz Baby Kale (by CITRUS19)

Tips

I add milk, chia seeds and fiber powder, yogurt first, give it a whirl to mix well, my peaches are frozen, if not using any frozen fruit you may want to add ice to make it cold

Put everything in blender at blend til smooth
