Ingredients

    Sun Dried Tomatoes (no oil), .5 cup
    Canned Navy Beans, 1.5 cup
    Garlic, 2 cloves, chopped
    *Boboli 8" pizza crust
    Oregano, ground, .4 tsp
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .5 cup, shredded

Directions

425 degree oven. Pour boiling water over dried tomatoes until softened. Drain then chop. Place beans and garlic into food processor. Process until smooth, spread on pizza crust. Sprinkle with oregano, tomatoes, spinach and cheese. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
