Ingredients

    4 cup Milk, 3.25%
    2 tbsp Salt
    2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1400 Potato, raw
    0.25 cup Flour, white
    0.4 cup Butter, salted

Tips

Warm milk, butter and flour in a pot then pour over potato and onion and it will cook faster.


Directions

Bake at 350 for 1.5h, or layer in slow cooker on low for the day.
