Ingredients

    .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tsp (C) Garlic, minced (by SHEILAHARVILLE)
    1 tbsp Distilled White Vinegar (by FIBU69)
    1 tsp Texas Pete's Hot Sauce
    .5 tsp Oregano, ground
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 cup Beans, black
    1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil

Directions

Heat oil in heavy large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and oregano and sauté until vegetables begin to soften, about 5 minutes. Add beans to pan. water, hot sauce and vinegar and simmer until mixture thickens stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes, lower heat to low and simmer for another 5 to 10 min. If desired season beans to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
