Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup bran
3/4 cup ground flax seed
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
Wet ingredients:
3/4 cup of milk with 2 tbsp of vinegar combined to sour the milk
1 cup of packed brown sugar
1 egg
4 medium very ripe bananas, mashed
Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Line 12 muffin cups with muffin liners. Combine all the dry ingredients, mix well. In a separate bowl, combine all the wet ingredients, and mix well. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients, and add the wet ingredients. combine just until everything is mmixed together. Pour batter in to muffin cups. Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
