Ingredients

    168 gram(s) Pillsbury Deep Dish frozen pie crust (by JENNYBOP)
    4 tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes
    2 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
    4 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)

Directions

Slice the tomatoes and lay each on a colander. Salt the tomatoes and let sit for at least 20 minutes to get some of the liqued out. Rinse and pat dry the slices. Place into the pie crust, adding enough until it is slightly rounded. In a separate bowl mix the cheese and mayo together and then spread on top. Bake according to the pie crust directions until the cheese is bubbly and slighly browned. Wait a couple of minutes to cool slightly, then cut and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
