Ingredients

    2 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
    27 oz FreshLike Spinach - canned (383g)
    2 serving Bacon, Wright Smoked Bacon - 2 slices
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .25 clove Garlic
    0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    0.6 gram(s) Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic seasoning blend (1/4 tsp)
    6 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce 5 fl oz (148 ml)
    1.2 gram(s) McCormick Lawry's Seasoned Salt (1/4 tsp)
    1 serving McCormick Garlic Powder California Style
    608 gram(s) Beef, top sirloin, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 1/8" fat, all grades, raw [Sirloin steak, Sirl

Directions

Wash top sirloin beef cut. Marinade with Lea & Perrins, Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb, and McCormick Garlic Powder. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Cook bacon. Cool. Crumble bacon into a bowl with .5 a cup of beef broth. Set aside.

Sear beef 3 minutes on each side. Remove sirloin from heat. Rest 5 minutes. Cut beef sirloin into serving size 2 oz portions. Place in a baking dish.

Slice garlic and onion and place on and around beef. Sprinkle with Lawry's, Mrs Dash Tomato Basil and rest of beef broth.

Bake on 375 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered. Remove dish from oven.

Pour over beef, the bacon and beef broth. Sprinkle Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic. Place Spinach on top to dish.

Sprinkle Garlic Powder and a little Lawry's seasoned salt on top of spinach. Use fork for a light swirl of seasoning and spinach.

Place dish in oven for 45 minutes....uncovered.

Serve food with 1/2 cup spinach with 2 oz beef portion size.
