Ingredients

1 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry
1 cup organic whole kamut dry
1 cup organic raw sunflower seeds
2 cup organic whole oats
1 cup hulled organic barley
1 cup Lentils
8 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas
Directions
I keep in a large jar. It will last forever if you store it properly.
I put in crock pot the night before. This swellls and sprouts the grains.
Sometimes I just chew on them uncooked. I know I am weird but it is yummy and nutty without cooking.
I put in a 2 cup crock pot and add pure water the night before- plug it in and breakfast is ready in the morning.
Can add some walnuts or almonds as well.
be sure to add extra doctored ingredient amounts to your calculator- this is the basic recipe and you can doctor it how you like. With an apple I do not think it needs extra sweetness- but you can add honey if you want.
Sometimes I add dates, usually a whole apple for sweetness and 1/4 cup wild frozen blueberries.
