Ingredients

    1 serving Parker Naturals Berry Green Superfood
    3 tbsp Hemp Protein organic Nutiva 3Tbsp (30g)
    0.5 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    5 berry Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    1 tbsp JIF - Creamy Peanut Butter: Natural
    1 tsp Turmeric, ground
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Combine all ingredients except for the frozen berries and store in the fridge overnight for convenience. In the morning, add berries and cold water. Blend and get to work.
