Ingredients

16 oz Pasta, Linguini, Enriched, cooked, Barilla
1 1tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
3 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
2 cup, chopped Onions, raw (best to slice, not chop)
3 tsp Ginger Root
4 clove Garlic
12 oz Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted
1 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
6 tsp packed Brown Sugar
Directions
1. Cook pasta and toss with sesame oil.
2. Heat vegetable oil, cook onion until soft and golden. Add broccoli to the onions near the end of cooking and cook until desired tenderness.
3. Make room in center of pan and add ginger and garlic. Cook 30 seconds.
4. Add sliced pork (can use chicken too) and cook until done.
5. Mix broth, soy sauce, brown sugar and oyster sauce.
6. Mix everything together (pasta, meat, vegetables, sauce), heat through and serve.
Serving Size: makes 6 servings
