Ingredients

30 serving Wonton Wrapper, 1 wrapper (3 1/2" square) (by DAWNC1974)
1 1tsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
20 grams La Tortilla Factory, Green Onion Low Carb Tortilla
4 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh
1 tsp Garlic
2 serving Chinese, Szechuan Pork, 4 oz lean pork
Directions
Dumplings
1. Chopping the pork, ginger, garlic, green onion and cabbage to finely shredded.
2. In a large bowl, combine the pork, ginger, garlic, green onion cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, and egg. (The ingredients doesn’t need to put in the bowl in order).
3. Stir until well mixed.
4. Place 1 heaping teaspoons of pork filling onto each wonton skin.
5. Moisten edges with water and fold edges over to form a semicircle shape.
6. Roll edges slightly to seal in fillings
7. Set dumplings aside on a lightly floured surface until ready to cook.
8. Pour 2/5 water of the pot into the pot.
9. Heat the pot till the water boils
10. Place the dumplings into the boiling water
11. Wait till the dumplings float to the surface of the water
12. Place 1/6 water of the pot into the pot.
13. Wait till the dumplings float to the surface of the water again
14. Serve immediately
SAUCE (For dipping)
1. Put ½ cup soy sauce, ½ cup vinegar, and 1 tablespoon finely shredded garlic in a small bowl.
2. Stir till well mixed.
