Introduction

Perfect for a midnight snack or quick breakfast. This could be made into one large mug cake or two smaller ones Perfect for a midnight snack or quick breakfast. This could be made into one large mug cake or two smaller ones
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, ripe
    2 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
    1 large egg
    2 tbsp All-Purpose White Flour
    1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Baking Soda
    1 heaping tbsp Njoy life mini chocolate chips

Directions

Mash banana in a mug. Add peanut butter and mix well. Add egg and mix. Add dry ingridents. Mix well. Add chocolate chips and gently fold in. Devide mixture into two mug or keep as one large mug cake. Microwave for 1-2 min until done.
