Introduction

Easy to make hearty soup that can be main meal. Easy to make hearty soup that can be main meal.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 cups fresh green beans, cut into pieces
    2 cups diced potatoes
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 clove chopped garlic
    2 cans beef broth 14.5 oz.
    1 tbl. ground sage

Directions

Brown ground beef with onions and garlic. Drain off any fat. add potatoes, sage, and broth (beef bullion and water may be substituted for canned broth). Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 90 minutes, stirring occassionally. Makes 4 2 cup servings.
