Ingredients

    4 serving sweet potatoe small (by DMSTAUB324)
    0.5 cup Butter, unsalted
    0.25 cup Granulated Sugar
    0.5 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    10.7 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream
    2 serving 2 eggs, lightly beaten (by CLEMENTSUE)
    0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    3 cup of miniature Marshmallow Candy

Tips

Cook Marshmallows to Brown Color for best taste, wash Potatoes before skinning.


Directions

Boil sweet potatoes for about one hour, until soft. Drain, slip skins off, and mash the potatoes in a large bowl. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F. Add all ingredients except Marshmallows to mashed Sweet Potatoes. Pour into buttered 4 qt. baking dish and bake until center of souffle is set, about 40-45 minutes. Raise oven temperature to 475 F. Cover top of souffle with marshmallows. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes for marshmallows to brown.
