Ingredients

3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
2 cup Purple Onion (by SHOPGIRL61)
1 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 serving Land O Lakes, Salted Butter, 1 Tbsp
1 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)
2 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 tbsp *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise)
.50 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Tips
You can quickly change this to a slow cooker recipe by throwing all of the ingredients together with about 1/2 cup water or a little extra milk and placing it on low. After a few hours the potatoes will be softened and you can mash as desired.
