Ingredients

    1.25 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
    .5 cup Granulated Sugar
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    0.25 tsp NoSalt Sodium-Free Salt Alternative (by HANEEN786)
    2 cup (1 serving) Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal
    1.25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 serving Lighter Bake Butter or Oil Substitute, Sunsweet, 1 Tbsp., 19g (by _MAOMAO_)
    0.5 cup Sun Maid, California Chopped Dates

Directions

1 Mix Bran & Milk in large bowl, let stand for 10 mins
2 Sift dry ingredients into a small bowl.
3 Mix egg & oil substitute into bran/milk mixture, stir until well incorporated.
4 Add dry ingredients to wet, fold until all is moistened
5 fold in dates
6 Divide batter into regular muffin tin sprayed with cooking spray
7 Bake at 400 F for 20 mins
