Sweet and crunchy. This salad will give your jaw muscles a good work out and it's so easy to make! Sweet and crunchy. This salad will give your jaw muscles a good work out and it's so easy to make!

Ingredients

    4 cups fresh broccoli flourettes
    2 large red apples, cored and chopped
    6 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Toss all ingredients together. Makes 4 large, tasty servings.
