Kielbasa Soup Recipes

Use Turkey Kielbasa or Turkey sausage. Cut it up, plop it in the crock pot in the morning - dinner is ready when you get home!

This simple soup is so easy to prep, cook, and reheat- I'll do up a pot then freeze a few containers to take to work for an easy lunch.

This is a very thick satisfying soup. Freezes well.

This recipe started as a simple Pasta Fagioli and has grown from there. Sprinkle with some grated cheese for an extra treat. Great served with warm ciabatta bread.

A hearty soup for a cold day. Use low sodium broth to lower the salt content. Better the second day!

I did not have dried limas, so substituted a mixture of dried beans with excellent results. This recipe is a keeper for us. I would like to try it with ham or smoked sausage for a more smoky flavor. Also, I had a turnip in the fridge I needed to use and threw it in for good measure. Could be an added ingredient if you like. Very tasty.
