Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

My picky husband LOVES this soup! I do a few things differently: 8 oz. dry pinto beans instead of canned; 8 oz. dry split peas instead of black beans; two whole chopped onions; and 56 oz. (7 cups) low sodium fat free chicken broth. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and surprisingly filling!
This was great! My servings came out to have 6 grams of fiber.. not sure how that happend. I also used unsalted chicken broth to lower the sodium. Next time I will saute the kielbasa first so it's a little carmelized before putting it in!
