Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I will make this again and again. I used chicken tenders for the ground beef, more garlic, and sauted the onions and some red bell peppers to make them sweeter. I love heat so used a lot of creole seasoning...and didn't add any salt. DH loved it too and he's not on a diet. Thanks for the recipe.
This was very good. We are jambalaya fans so I couldn't wait to try this. I substituted chicken for the beef - but I intend to try it with the beef at some point too. It tasted deceptively fattening - I even went back to double check the Ingredient Details to make sure we weren't missing something
