Introduction

Easy to make and great for cookouts. Easy to make and great for cookouts.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    elbow macaroni, 4 cups
    hard boiled eggs, 5
    celery, 2 stalks
    onion, 1/4 cup
    pickle relish, 2 tbsp.
    Mayo, Hellman's light, 1 cup
    yellow mustard, 1/4 cup
    salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Makes 12 1/2 cup servings. Cook macaroni by package instructions. Hard boil eggs. Chop celery, onions, eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix together while macaroni is warm. Refridgerate and serve cold.

    I like bland so I left out stuff like onions, eggs etc., everything but the bare essentials and surprised even me it was sooooo good :) (I am not a good cook, tells you how easy it was.) - 6/2/08

    My sister use to put a can of tuna, drain water out and press out as much water as you can, mix in mac recipe, really good. - 7/3/15

    O.K.
    I'm not a huge macaroni salad fan. My husband liked it but I wasn't wild about the recipe as is. I added dijon mustard and celery salt to give it some flavor. - 6/21/11
