    3 tsp Thyme, fresh
    1 serving Sweet Potatoes, Baked (One potato)
    4 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked
    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1 serving Bell Pepper, Orange (by NEATHTHEWILLOWS)
    1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    3 serving White Potato - Small Boiled with skin
    1 serving Full Circle Organic Fat Free Vegetable Broth (1 container) 32 oz (by JUDYBAT25)

Directions

mash cooked cauliflower- not small pieces, cook with lemon juice
