Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    * Pillsbury Pizza dough in a can
    * Sour Cream, 1 cup
    * *Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing, 1 dry packet
    * Cheddar Cheese, 4 cup shredded
    * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes
    * Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
(any other veggies or a handful of nuts that you might like on here. Also Sour cream can be Light if you are watching fat and calories. )

Directions

Cook pizza dough per directions on can.
Let it cool for about 20min. then stick in fridge for about 10 min. It should be cool enough to not melt the sour cream layer.
Mix 1 container of sourcream with 1 packet of powdered ranch dressing. Spread over cooled pizza dough.
Chop and mix all veggies in a small bowl. Spread over the ranch sauce in a thin even layer. (you don't want too many toppings or the pizza will fall apart when someone tries to eat it. Cut veggies in small bite size pieces)
Spread a thin layer of cheddar cheese over the veggies.
Then spread a handful of chopped nuts or meat cubes if you wish.

Refridgerate for an hour or so before serving to make sure everything is salad temperature cold.
Slice like a normal pizza and enjoy!

Sure this recipe has the full fat versions, but I made it healthier by substituting fat free sour cream and reduced fat cheese. I even used lowfat pizza crust! And it was super tasty! - 1/31/08

I noted you say if we're watching calories, well isn't this site all about healthy eating. Sorry if I wasn't wanting a healthy diet this might fit. - 5/12/07
