Sure this recipe has the full fat versions, but I made it healthier by substituting fat free sour cream and reduced fat cheese. I even used lowfat pizza crust! And it was super tasty!
I noted you say if we're watching calories, well isn't this site all about healthy eating. Sorry if I wasn't wanting a healthy diet this might fit.
If you're looking for a low fat, low calorie option, this is not it.
