Introduction

Ingredients

    .5 cup Arrowhead Mills Organic, Spelt, Wholegrain Flour (by PRAISEGAL)
    0.5 cup BOBS RED MILL DARK RYE FLOUR (by JOED51)
    2.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 ounce Yeast, bakers
    8 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    4 tbsp *Flax Seed
    .25 cup Pumpkin seeds
    .25 cup Pine Nuts
    4 tbsp Molasses, blackstrap
    4 1tsp Olive Oil
    3 tsp Kosher Salt (by SRATERMAN)
    0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    2 cup Milk, 1%
    2 oz Rye Flake (by TAMARASART)
    4.5 cup Flour, white

Tips

English muffins made very healthy. Toast and top with jam, or splurge and use butter


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees for 1 hour.Mix all together. Let sit for 1 1/2 hour. Mix again and put into oiled bowl. Let rise about 2 hours. Portion out and roll into rolls. Flatten out each roll flat. Sprinkle with cornmeal or semolina flour on both sides. Cook on a griddle until golden brown. Put onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flip, then bake 20 minutes more.

Serving Size: Makes 34.5 servings. 34 (3 oz muffins) and 1 1.5 oz muffin
