    0.5 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry
    3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    2 cup, sliced Zucchini
    28 gram(s) Kirkland Artichoke Hearts marinated in oil
    60 grams Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    4 cup Fresh Express Fancy field greens salad

Directions

Sprinkle Shredded cheese on top and bake at 375 Degrees F 20-25 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.Serve on a bed of salad greens and drizzle Balsamic Vinegar to taste on top.
