Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 Lbs. Extra lean ground beef
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    1 can beans in tomato sauce
    1 can cut baby corn (optional)
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 large Green bell pepper
    1 medium Red bell pepper
    1 medium Onion
    6 cloves-minced garlic (or to taste)
    20 Tbps. Chilli powder (approx. or to taste)

Directions

In a frying pan brown ground beef. Put all ingredients into crock pot and mix together. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serves approx. 10 at 1.5 cup servings
