Ingredients

    2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    3 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Non-stick Cooking Spray

Directions

Preheat over to 400 degrees.
Wash and dry potatoes. Skin may be peeled or left on according to taste.
Cut into 1/4 inch slices.
Places slices in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Mix oil onto slices.
Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and mix again.
Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
Spread slices in a single layer.
Bake 20-30 minutes or to desired crispness.
