Introduction

Yummy change of pace. Use fresh asparagus for a healthy and tasty dinner! Yummy change of pace. Use fresh asparagus for a healthy and tasty dinner!

Ingredients

    2 lbs of pork tenderloin diced
    1 lb package of dry pasta
    approximately 15 - 20 fresh asparagus cut in half
    1 can of cream soup (your choice of flavor) - I have also used the Herbalife Cream Protein Soup (makes the dish extra filling)

Directions

Clean and Cut Asparagus in half. If using fresh asparagus place cut vegtable in pot of chicken stock or water, bring to a boil. Once boiling add pasta, no need to drain until pasta is cooked. (Yes, cook the pasta with the asparagus)

Cube pork and brown in a seperate pan. Once fully cooked add cream soup of your choice.

Serve over pasta! Serves approximately 8.
