Introduction

I got some cheap fish, and was looking for a new way to have it. I got some cheap fish, and was looking for a new way to have it.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2lbs White fish
    2 tsp Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    1 tsp Salt
    2 sprigs Dill weed, fresh

Tips

I used whiting for this dish because it was what I had on hand. I figure you can use any type of fish, however I would probably stick with a white fish.


Directions

Melt coconut oil with dill, salt and pepper. Drizzle over fish. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
