Introduction

Low-Carb egg bake where the cauliflower acts as the bread or the potato. A play on sweet and savory with the honey ham and the steamed cauliflower. Ingredients

    11 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    16 oz Hillshire Farm - Deli Select, Ultra Thin, Honey Ham
    2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    4 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked

Directions

Steam Cauliflower florets in microwave till soft.
Assemble layers cauliflower, cheese, ham and repeat.
Beat 11-12 eggs, season mixture with a little cracked black pepper, sea salt and touch of cinnamon.
Bake at 325 for 45 mins or until there is no jiggle. Casserole will Puff in oven and fall after cooled a bit. Can serve immediately or cook on Sunday for a healthy breakfast for each day of the week.


Serving Size: Using a 13x9 casserole dish, serves 6.
