Ingredients

    .75 cup Beans, red kidney
    11.5 tbsp *Grace* Coconut milk Powder (by SWAY_B_SEXY)
    200 gram White Rice, long grain, Sun Rice (1/2 cup uncooked) (by NGILBERT87)
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tsp salt
    .5 1tsp Coconut Oil
    .5 tsp thyme

Tips

The bottom can easily overcook or burn if the heat is to high or the pot is to thin


Directions

Heat oil in a pot with a lid and cook chopped onion until transparent. Add 1 cup rice , coconut milk prepared according to package directions, beans, salt and thyme. Mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer at medium low heat for 25 minutes or until rice is cooked.
