Number of Servings: 12


    4 oz Flank Steak, chopped very small
    6 eggs, large
    6 Egg white, large
    2 tbsp chopped Onions,
    1 tbsp Green Peppers


Freeze or keep in fridge up to 4 days


Sauté steak with eggs and onion.
Whisk egg and egg white, season with salt and pepper and garlic powder.
Add steak, onion and green peppers to eggs.
Pour into greased muffin tin.
Cook at 350 for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes. Removes from pan and cool on rack.
