Ingredients

    12 large Scrambled Egg
    1/2 lb Pork Sausage
    1 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Saute sausage in skillet, drain.
Whisk 12 eggs in bowl
Add sauted sausage and any other veggie (gr pepper, mushroom, etc)
Put 1/4 cup of mixture into lightly greased muffin pan
Put tsp of shredded cheddar cheese on each muffin
Bake at 350 for about 20 mins or until knife comes out clean

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
