Ingredients

    3 Large Eggs
    3 TBS Reduced Fat Mayonaise
    3 Jalapeno Stuffed Green Olives, chopped fine
    2 tsp Yellow Mustard

Directions

Make sure your eggs are good and cold. Cut in half and put the yolks in a small bowl. Mash the yolks and then add mayonaise, mustard, and chopped green olives. Mix all together and then spoon back into eggs.

    I love those jalepeno stuffed olives you should check out my recipe bacon wrapped olives so great. I make my deviled eggs similar I cut up the olives very small and mix with yolks and top with jalepeno. Yummy - 2/26/09

    I made these but tweaked them a little. I made the yolks without the olives, then sliced the olive and put a slice of olive in the middle of each yolk. It turned out great! - 11/28/08
