Introduction

A healthier alternative to regular fries. A healthier alternative to regular fries.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 medium russet potatoes, skin on - quartered
    2 tbsp safflower oil
    dash salt - to taste
    dash freshly ground black pepper - to taste
    dash granulated garlic - to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper that has been crumpled and dampened (or spray with non-stick spray)

Poke each potato 3 times and place, whole, in microwave for 7 minutes on high. Remove and quarter, then toss with oil and seasonings.

Place wedges on baking sheet being sure to space evenly. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned and bubbly.

Serving Size: Makes 8 2 wedge servings
