Ingredients
-
3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast
2 Tbsp. melted lite butter
2 evelopes of Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix
2 cans (10 3/4 oz., each) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
2 bricks (8 oz. each) Fat Free Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
1 large onion
6 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Brush chicken with melted butter and sprinkle with the dry Italian dressing mix. ( I make sure to do each layer of chicken so that it all gets some seasoning.)
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
About 45 minutes before done, brown the onion in the butter and then add the cream cheese, soup, and chicken broth the the saucepan. Add garlic and stir all ingredients until smooth. Drain excess fat off chicken in crockpot. Then, pour soup mixture over chicken in crockpot and cook an additional 30-45 minutes. Remove chicken to platter and stir sauce before putting over rice, potatoes or pasta. Enjoy!!!
