Introduction

This is a low carb recipe using a low sugar sauce. Chop your cabbage into large bite size pieces. Chop onion into smaller pieces than your cabbage. I used matchstick carrots to save time and I used the full jar of sauce and did not add any other liquid. combine all ingredients to the crockpot you do not have to cook the ground beef first. Ingredients

    3 cup Rao’s Homemade Tomato Basil sauce (by JOIE1616)
    48 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
    1 large Onions, raw
    3 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
    1 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh

Directions

Cook on low for 8-10 hours. You may want to stir and break up the prior to serving.
