Ingredients

    0.5 cup Butter, unsalted
    3.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    40.0 oz London Broil
    900.0 grams Red Potato
    1.0 cup Corn Starch
    3.0 dash Pepper, black
    1.0 dash Salt
    16.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tbl garlic

Directions

Melt butter with olive oil and Worcester sauce. Add celery, onion, garlic. Season with black pepper and salt. High heat add beef to sear. Next add carrots and potatoes. Add beef stock. Cover simmer on low 2 -3 hours Ready to serve thicken with corn starch. Serving Size: 12 - 2 cup servings
