Ingredients

1 tbsp King Arthur gluten free multi-purpose flour (by FREETOWANDER)
112 gram(s) Barilla gluten free Elbows
    1 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
8 serving "Great Value" Cheese, Fiesta Blend (1/3 cup)
    4 cup frozen brocolli florets

Directions

1) start a pot of water going for your noodles. measure your noodles out so when it's boiling you can dump them in and stir. 2) put butter and flour into a double boiler or very low heat mash your butter into your flour to make a paste and it should get slightly browned in the process. i recommend a double boiler or cheat one by putting a bowl over a pot of water to help your sauce cook more evenly and with less chance of burning. 3) turn the heat to medium high and add your milk and cheese and mix together into your butter and flour paste. cook until all is mixed and blended. 4) turn the heat on the sauce down until the pasta is cooking. when the pasta is cooking turn the heat on the sauce back up a little bit so it's hot and ready to mix into the pasta. 5) microwave your brocolli so it's ready to dump in with your pasta and sauce. 6) mix your brocolli, pasta and sauce into the same pan and serve.
