    226.8 gram(s) Lactantia My Country Unsalted Cultured Butter
    226.8 gram(s) Sultana Raisins
    2 gram(s) No Name Cinnamon
    2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.50 tsp Cloves, ground
    0.5 tsp Allspice
    3.50 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour
    226.8 gram(s) Halves and pieces walnuts Great VLUE
    1 gram(s) Arm & Hammer Baking Soda
    30 gram(s) Rogers Wheat Germ
    1 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple

Tips

Soak raisins in hot water for 30 minutes or longer to plump up the raisins,


Directions

preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Combine the water sugar, applesreasins butter, cinnamon, nutmeg. cloves and allspice in a saucepan bring to a boil. remove the pan from the heat and cool completely.

In a lage bowl, stir the nuts and baking soda into flour. add cooled mixture to bowl, and stir until blended. fill greased miniature tins with batter to the top. Bake for 15 minutes.

Note: Exta muffins can be stored in a re-sealable freezr bag.
