Ingredients

    3.0 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
    1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    4.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    4.0 tbsp *Flax Seed
    0.33 cup Canola Oil
    0.33 cup, packed Raisins
    1.0 serving Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/4 cup
    0.66 cup, sliced Almonds
    1.0 tbsp Honey
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    8.0 tbsp Chocolate chips, Hershey's milk chocolate

Directions

Combine dry ingredients, add wet ones, mix and shape into bars (add enough water to hold together). Cook on a cookie sheet at 350 for~ 30 min
