400 gram(s) Woolworths Homebrand Diced Tomatoes
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
600 gram(s) Raw Potato
100 grams Onions, raw
Tips
handy to freeze and use at a later date
Directions
peel,dice and boil potato, brown mince and onion.
once meat browned add soy, worcestershire, garlic, oxo cube and tomatoes.
add mixed veg and simmer until soft.
Once potato cooked mash and add milk.
add mince mixture to casserole dish and place potato on top.
cook in moderate oven until brown on top.
serve how with vegetables of your choice (not included in recipe)
