Ingredients

    .5 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
    2 cup Cabbage, Cole Slaw Mix, Fresh Express (by BREEZY1969)
    3 oz Pork Chops (center cut pork loin)
    .5 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
    1 1tsp Sesame Oil
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 tsp Garlic powder

Tips

It is really important to not overcook cabbage as the texture is what makes this dish especially delicious.


Directions

1. Cut pork into small cubes and brown in skillet coated with cooking spray. Add sesame oil and vinegar and mix.
2. Add brown rice and cabbage. Sprinkle with garlic powder and add soy sauce. Stir
3. Cover and steam on medium heat for just a few minutes until cabbage begins to wilt. Do not overcook.
