Introduction

Healthy little muffin pan mini meatloaves.
The Sriracha gives a little interest, no heat and the rest of the flavor comes from the veggies!
I make a whole batch and freeze them to take for lunch or heat up for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

    2 lbs. Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey
    1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    3/4 cup Tomato Sauce
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    8 clove Garlic, minced
    2 cups, chopped Onions, raw
    2.5 cups, chopped Carrots, raw
    1.5 cups, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh, chopped
    1/4 cup Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)

Directions

Mix all ingredients
Fill each muffin cup to the top
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
