I tend to cook this chili really fast in the morning before work, portion it into 5 or 6 bowls, then heat in my Lunch Crock. I tend to cook this chili really fast in the morning before work, portion it into 5 or 6 bowls, then heat in my Lunch Crock.

Ingredients

2 pounds ground chuck, drained and rinsed
3 small cans Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
1 large can Beans, red kidney
    3/4 cup Chili-O (French's seasoning)

Directions

Brown beef. I like to leave as little pink in there because you're not quite done cooking it. Drain beans and ground beef, rinsing thoroughly with hot water. Trust me, the flavor is much improved by the rinse! You can really taste the seasoning a lot better when the fat has been rinsed off the beef. Open all the tomatoes and heat in the pan with the seasoning. Add beans and tomatoes, bringing the mixture to a boil. Portion.
