Ingredients

    3 serving Kodiak Cakes Protein Packed Waffle Mix (by CHRISTYJS)
    1 serving Extra Large egg, fresh (1 egg)
    70 grams Banana, fresh
    70 grams Butternut Squash
    70 grams Apples, fresh with skin
    2 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
    0.25 cup Almond Dream Pumpkin Spice with Cinnamon Almond Drink (by ASTRZELE)
    48 serving Guittard Real Semisweet Chocolate Chips - 1 chip/serving (by BOBMSP)
    12 grams Brown Sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease muffin tins or line with paper muffin cups. Peel Butternut squash, remove seedsand microwavefor about 2 minutes (until soft enoughto mash with a fork). Mash squash together with very ripe banana. Stir together with egg, yogurt, almond milk, and brown sugar. Mix very well; then add Kodiak Cakes mix, and finally chocolate chips. Pour/spoon into prepared muffin cups. Bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes. Test for doneness with toothpick. Allow to cool in pan for 10-15 minutes before serving. Serve warm or cold.
