Introduction
This is my version of the soup I love from my favorite Thai restaurant. I am going for maximum flavor, reduced sodium, and no "hard to find" ingredients such as the galangal which is necessary for truly authentic soup. In my version the ground ginger and lime add the sour. This is my version of the soup I love from my favorite Thai restaurant.
