Ingredients

    8 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
    2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    8 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
    2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats

Directions

1. Preheatovento400degreesF.andprepareamuffinpanbysprayingwith non­stick cooking spray or adding cupcake liners to the pan.
2. Addallingredientsexceptforchocolatechipstoablenderorfoodprocessorand process on high until oats are broken down and batter is smooth and creamy. Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
3. Pourbatterintopreparedmuffinpan,fillingeachcavityuntilitisabout3⁄4full. Optional: sprinkle a few chocolate chips over the top of each muffin.
4. Bakefor15­20minutes,untilthetopsofyourmuffinsaresetandatoothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
5. Allowmuffinstocoolinpanforatleast10minutesbeforeremoving.Storeinan air­tight container for up to a week.
